Orders will be processed on a bi-weekly basis, on the 1st and 15th of every month.
Orders with a mixture of apparel and promotional products will ship together once the apparel item is decorated.
If an item becomes unavailable, you'll be notified as to available options and/or your credit card will be refunded.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks from the date apparel orders are processed to receive your goods.
You may choose to have your order shipped to State Center or Eustis Bldg for free or shipped to another address for an additional fee.
